CRM Product Owner

Missions :

In the context of client's Global Digital Transformation, the Global IT Security Team is looking for a key contributor to the Global IT & Cyber ecosystems. Working within the Global IT Security team, you will be responsible for bringing internally developed IT security projects to life while maintaining the existing ones. We expect you to:

• Contribute to the products vision and roadmap of global CRM solution based on the collect of needs from the stakeholders of the solutions (inside and outside the Global IT Security team)
• Draft high- and low-level functional requirements along with application designs proposal
• Lead and follow up on the development and delivery
• Implement and maintain a formal process of handling the team backlog, ensuring its traceability, prioritization and enabling regular reporting on the backlog status.
• Manage the Backlog and follow its implementation
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of the product releases, following agile and DevOps best practices.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct functional testing to validate proper implementation of the backlog.
• Orchestrate production releases.
• Organize collection of feedback, define and follow-up on improvement action plan’s implementation to ensure continuous improvement.

 Expected skills and experience :

• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
• At least 3 years of experience as Product Owner
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes, especially Agile and DevOps. Background in software development is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills: communication and collaboration in an international context.
• Rigorous and keen attention to details.
• Experience in working with remote or offshore teams.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure is a plus.
